Responsibilities Position Overview:
Responsible for developing dashboards and data solutions in conjunction with key Intuitive Health initiatives. Assists with the development and promotion of business intelligence functions. Maintains strict confidentiality with all patient, employee, and company information. This person will be responsible for designing enterprise standard reports, dashboards, and data models. Will also collaborate with key business stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure that the solutions perform as needed. The role reports to the Director, Growth Operations and Analytics This is a hybrid position requiring the candidate to reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and manage effective working relationships with other departments, groups, and personnel with whom work must be coordinated or interfaced
  • Maintains new data marts for use in Qlik.
    Streamlines and improves existing reports with adherence to defined policies and data definitions across financial systems.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests for information from systems and assist with the configuration of reports in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
  • Identifies data governance issues and works to correct those issues.
  • Partner with clients to support ongoing reporting needs
  • Helps facilitate and develop end-user training and education activities.
  • Develop custom reporting solutions using Qlik.
  • Design, build, and deliver new reports, measures, and KPIs
  • Take initiative where appropriate to drive project architecture and processes
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, and business uses to ensure reports meet client needs.
  • Some travel to the TX Corporate Service Center for work sessions with BI initiative stakeholders.

Required Skills Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
  • Three (3) years of progressive work experience in Data Visualization and or Data Modeling, preferably in a multi-entity healthcare provider environment.
  • Possesses advanced computer skills with a very strong knowledge of spreadsheet programs, databases, programming languages, ETL, and decision support systems.
  • Intermediate Python experience preferred.
  • Intermediate to Advanced SQL experience required.
  • QlikSense and/or NPrinting experience preferred.
  • Has the technical ability to solve complex problems through employing data analysis.
  • Skill and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Skill and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Skill and ability in Microsoft Office applications.
